Job description:

Pay: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 per month.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with not more than 3 or 4 years of experience preferably from Mumbai & Thane. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and execution of various aspects of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.

Here's an outline of what the job might entail:

Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their requirements and
vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource
requirements.

Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection,



transportation, accommodations, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event necessities. Ensure all
arrangements meet the client's specifications and budget constraints.

Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for services and products required for the event, such as decorators, caterers, entertainers and technical support. Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.

Team Management: Lead a team of event staff, including technicians, coordinators, and assistants. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

On-Site Management: Oversee the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place and running smoothly. Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event, making quick and effective decisions to resolve them.
