Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Manager role is an in office position based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will perform a variety of HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing day-to-day human resources operations. This role will involve handling benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and supporting the overall HR strategy to foster a productive workplace environment.

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination
Offer letters, joining formalities, and the onboarding process
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

2. HR Operations
Attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records management
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Handle employee documentation, confirmations, and exits

3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support engagement activities, reviews, and internal communication
Maintain discipline and workplace ethics

4. Performance & Compliance
Assist in PMS/KRA tracking and appraisal processes
Ensure statutory and internal compliance (PF, ESIC, policies if applicable)
Support audits and HR reportin
