Role Description The General Manager Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the HR function, including developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with ECA Global’s business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR policies and processes, managing talent acquisition and workforce planning, driving employee engagement and performance management,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The General Manager Human Resources will also guide human resource development initiatives, such as training, leadership development, and succession planning, while fostering positive employee relations across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and a constructive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic planning and operational oversight.
Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to design, implement, and update policies as needed.
Experience in Human Resource Development, including learning and development, leadership programs, and succession planning.
