Role Description The Political Social Media Executive – Punjabi is a full time role responsible for managing and growing political social media profiles with a strong focus on Punjabi-language content. This is a hybrid position based in Mohali district, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility as per project needs.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and posting content across platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp), monitoring trends and public sentiment, and creating engaging text, image, and video content in Punjabi and English. The role involves coordinating with campaign teams to align messaging, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content based on analytics and performance reports. The executive will also support live event coverage, manage content calendars, and ensure that all communication follows platform guidelines and legal/ethical standards.
Qualifications
Strong Punjabi and English communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and politically relevant social media content.
Experience managing social media pages or campaigns, including content scheduling, community management, and basic analytics review.
Familiarity with political landscapes in Punjab, current affair
