Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will manage and grow key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of Fixwell’s adhesive and bonding product portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing sales plans,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines. The role involves regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and coordination with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels. The Senior Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies and territory plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Understanding of industrial products, preferably adhesives, tapes, or relate
