Performance Marketing Manager | Winston
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead Winston’s paid acquisition and growth across digital channels. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, driving customer acquisition, and maximising ROAS through effective campaign strategy and optimisation.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Own and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, CVR, and revenue.
Manage ₹10L+ monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective budget allocation and scaling.
Build and optimise full-funnel campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition.
Develop audiences using interest targeting, custom audiences, lookalikes, and first-party data.
Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable growth strategies and experiments.
Work closely with Creative, Content, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to develop and optimise high-performing creatives and campaigns.
Track performance through GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, bidding, and campaign structures to improve performance.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging performance marketing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
4 To 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing managing paid campaigns.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets.
Strong understanding of e-commerce/D2C performance marketing and growth metrics.
Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proven experience in retargeting, lookalike audiences, campaign scaling, and customer acquisition.
Experience in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Electronics, or similar consumer b
