We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Curriculum Specialist who can take complete ownership of building our Digital Marketing with AI Program from scratch — beginner to advanced level.
This is more than a traditional trainer role. The selected SME will be responsible for designing the curriculum, developing course content, creating assignments and projects, recording the complete program, designing a final capstone project, creating assessments and preparing the content for publishing on BAOIAM's Android Application, LMS and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Development
Design a complete, structured and industry-relevant Digital Marketing with AI curriculum from beginner to advanced level.




Responsibilities include:
Create the complete course roadmap
Define modules, topics and learning outcomes
Create session-wise structure
Recommend duration for each module/session
Build a logical beginner-to-advanced learning journey
Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current industry requirements
Integrate practical AI applications throughout the program
Keep the curriculum relevant to students, freshers, aspiring marketers and freelancers
2. Complete Course Content Creation
Develop all academic content required for the program, including:
Concept explanations
Practical demonstrations
Real-world examples
Case studies
Tool walkthroughs
Marketing frameworks
Templates and checklists
Assignments
Quizzes
Assessments
Project briefs
Capstone project
Student resources
The course should be designed so students can learn independently through the BAOIAM Android Application/LMS.
