Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in industrial and institutional facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining utilities, building services, and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Maintain DG sets, Air Conditioners (AC), HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other utility equipment.
Carry out basic plumbing and civil maintenance work.




Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime by following preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain maintenance records and adhere to all safety procedures.
