Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their health and weight management goals, and presenting Nutri Docs’ personalized programs as solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing inbound and outbound calls or messages, qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments,



and explaining program features and perks in a clear and empathetic manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently with leads, and guiding potential clients through the enrollment process. The Inside Sales Executive collaborates with nutrition and coaching teams to ensure smooth onboarding, supports clients with initial queries, and contributes feedback to improve sales scripts and processes. Success in this role requires meeting sales targets while maintaining a client-centered approach and high standards of service.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience converting qualified leads into paying customers.
Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, including handling inquiries, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients through structured follow-up.
