Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IFPDs, Sliding Frames (Shutters), Digital Podiums, Audio Podiums, and Digital Standees (Kiosks).
Conduct testing, demonstrations, and basic user training at client sites.
Provide in office/remote technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical complaints.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in installation & servicing of IFPDs and AV/electronic products.
Knowledge of Digital Podium assembly/production will be an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
