*Role Details*
* Work Mode: Work From Home
* Working Hours: 4 hours/day
* Timing: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM & 3:30 PM–5:30 PM
* Languages: Hindi & English compulsory; regional languages are a plus
* Suitable For: Students, Freshers, Homemakers & Freelancers
* Additional Earnings: Performance-based commission
* Certificate & Experience Letter: As applicable
Compensation*
* First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month fixed
* After 3 Months: ₹8,000/month fixed

* Contact assigned business prospects
* Understand client requirements and explain relevant services
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Generate and convert business opportunities
* Maintain proper records of calls and outcomes
Selection Process*
Our selection focuses on practical sales ability, not just interview performance.

Learn & Prepare*
You will receive the company profile, service portfolio, FAQs, sales material and sample scripts. You can practice before requesting the assessment.
2. Readiness Confirmation*
Once prepared, confirm your readiness for the practical assessment.
3. Practical Sales Assessment*
You will receive a limited set of verified business leads and be assessed on service knowledge, communication, sales approach, follow-up, conversion, discipline, professionalism and ethical conduct.
4. Reattempt Prospect*
Up to 3 assessment attempts may be allowed, subject to management approval.
5. Final Interview & Selection*
Candidates who demonstrate the required practical capability will proceed to the final interview and selection.
