? INDUSTRIAL ARCHITECT
? Location: Pune, Maharashtra
? Experience: 10 Years
? Qualification: B.Arch
? Preferred Background: Industrial / Manufacturing / Factory Projects
YOUR ROLE
• Develop plant master plans and architectural layouts
• Plan production areas, warehouses, offices and utility spaces
• Prepare architectural, working and construction drawings
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical & MEP teams
• Support project planning and site execution
• Ensure effective space utilization and functional workflow
• Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety and applicable statutory requirements
