? Experience: 2–5 years in Influencer Marketing / Creator Management / Content handling

Wildglow Cosmetics is looking for an energetic, trend-obsessed Influencer Content Manager who knows what makes people stop scrolling.

This role is not just about coordinating with influencers.





It’s about taking a campaign brief and working with 100+ shortlisted creators to turn it into content that people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with 100+ shortlisted influencers from briefing to final content delivery and posting.
• Communicate campaign objectives, product USPs, concepts, references, deliverables and deadlines clearly.
• Create and suggest trending, viral-friendly Reel concepts, hooks and storylines.
• Understand each creator’s content style and suggest ideas that naturally fit their audience.
• Research Instagram trends, viral Reels, hooks, sounds, formats and storytelling styles daily.
• Guide creators on hooks, storytelling, product integration, CTAs and trending formats.
• Review submitted content and coordinate revisions wherever required.
• Ensure content is creative, high-quality, on-trend and aligned with Wil
