Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of inside sales representatives, setting daily and weekly targets, and monitoring performance against key metrics. The role involves managing lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, conducting outbound and inbound calls, and presenting NextNation’s services to potential clients.



The Team Lead will coach and mentor team members, support their career development, and ensure high standards of customer service and follow-up. Collaboration with operations and marketing to refine sales messaging, provide feedback from customers, and improve conversion processes is also an important part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales experience, including prospect outreach and pipeline management.
Proven ability in Lead Generation, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into opportunities.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction.
Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, including coaching, performance tracking, and motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
