Role Description: The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves managing day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Finance Executive will handle financial reporting, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support decision-making, preparing periodic management reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records. The role also requires maintaining documentation, improving financial processes, and supporting senior management with financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and experience with Financial Statements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA inter, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and financial/accounting software, with attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
