Role Description The Sales Engineer at tixna Tools is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The individual will identify and develop current business opportunities, present technical cutting tool solutions to existing and prospective customers, and provide pre- and post-sales technical guidance.



Daily responsibilities include understanding customer machining requirements, preparing and explaining technical proposals, coordinating trials and tool optimization, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves regular customer visits, coordination with design and production teams, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
