ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for an Quick & E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and our website. The role focuses on product listings, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage Dermatouch products across quick commerce platforms.
Manage and optimize product listings on Blinkit, including product titles, images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and visibility.
Manage Zepto listings and SKU performance, ensuring accurate catalog information, stock availability, pricing, and promotional execution.
Coordinate with Swiggy Instamart for catalog updates, product availability, promotions, campaigns, and overall platform performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, pricing, and inventory availability.
Track daily sales, promotions, SKU performance, and platform-wise performance.
Monitor product visibility, availability, and search/category placement across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now.




Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, platform performance, and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with platform category managers and partners.
Ensure smooth execution of offers, new launches, and brand campaigns across quick-commerce platforms.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and product assortment, and share insights to improve visibility and conversions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams for timely product dispatch, stock replenishment, and campaign execution.
Identify stock-out risks and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain product availability across platforms.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations (FMCG / D2C / Beauty preferred
Robust analytical and communication skill
Hands-on experience with Excel and platform dashboard
