This role is not limited to editing.

Calculate Payment on CPM (SH – rate to be discussed)
Receive Payment (DC pays, Creator receives)
Important: This Is Not a Fixed-Salary Editing Role

Who We Are Looking For
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have experience editing Reels, Shorts or other short-form videos
Understand what makes people stop scrolling
Know how to create strong hooks
Have a good understanding of short-form content
Can identify valuable moments from long-form content
Have strong editing judgement
Understand subtitles, pacing and visual storytelling
Are comfortable publishing content on social platforms
Already have a social media presence or are willing to build one
Can work independently without detailed instructions for every edit
Are comfortable being paid based on content performance
