? JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing sales team at NoBroker.
As a Relationship Manager, you will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable NoBroker solutions, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with new and existing leads regularly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain NoBroker products/services and convert leads into sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
? ELIGIBILITY
✅ Only degree-completed graduates are eligible

✅ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong convincing and negotiation skills
✅ Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
✅ Knowledge of English + Hindi; regional language skills are an advantage
