Role Description This is a full-time, Service Engineer role based in Khordha travelling PAN India. The Service Engineer will install, commission, maintain, and repair high-pressure water jet pumps and related accessories at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing field service and technical support to ensure reliable equipment performance. The role involves preparing service reports,



coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and technical documentation, and supporting customers with safe operating practices. The Service Engineer will regularly interact with clients to understand their requirements, clarify technical queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Experience in field service, including in office installation, commissioning, and service visits.
Customer-focused technical support capabilities and ability to resolve equipment-related issues.
Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with pumps, industrial machinery, or similar equipment.
Clear and professional communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
