Salary - Upto 25K/month +incentive

Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Field Sales role based in Lucknow, focused on both B2B and B2C markets. The Field Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct site visits, and convert leads into rooftop solar projects for residential, commercial, and institutional clients.



Responsibilities include explaining product offerings and benefits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing post-sales support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely installation and service, and representing the brand at local events or promotional activities.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with diverse clients and building long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills for prospecting, pitching, and converting opportunities in B2B and B2C segments.
Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills for managing pipelines, tracking performance, and coordinating with internal teams.
Knowledge of solar or renewable energy solutions, or a willingness to learn quickly, is highly beneficial.
