We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to develop new international business and strengthen relationships with overseas clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business for an engineering consulting, BIM, or related AEC services firm.

Key Responsibilities
International Business Development
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on the US, Middle East,



Europe, and other target geographies.
Generate and develop leads through market research, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, industry databases, and other relevant channels.
Build relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, developers, EPC companies, and other AEC industry stakeholders.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, capability presentations, and business discussions, and understand client requirements to position appropriate service offerings.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.

Sales, Proposals & Commercial Development
Lead opportunities through the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and conversion.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, RFQ
