As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating franchise sales and converting potential leads into franchise partners.
* Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities.
* Contact potential franchise partners through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
* Understand the customer's business goals, budget and requirements.
* Explain franchise opportunities, investment details and business models clearly.
* Follow up regularly with interested prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
* Handle customer queries and build solid relationships with potential franchise partners.
* Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the internal team.
* Coordinate with the team until the franchise deal is successfully closed.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
What We Are Looking For
* Good communication skills, especially in English.
* Previous experience in sales, business development, tele calling or customer handling.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right opportunity.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
* Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Confident and professional communication over calls and WhatsApp.
* Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel or lead-management tools will be an advantage.
