Role Description:

The Manager, Bottling is a full-time, in office role based at the Brij Honey facility in Bharatpur. This role oversees daily bottling ( PET & Glass) operations for honey, including scheduling production runs, monitoring filling, capping, labelling, packaging lines,



and ensuring adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards for exports as well as domestic customers. The Bottling Manager coordinates with honey processing & quality control team , Store manager for packaging material inventory, finished goods dispatch, while minimizing wastage and downtime. This position is responsible for developing team of supervisors, training bottling work force, maintaining equipment, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting traceability and documentation requirements. The Manager also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience in viscous food stuff bottling, packaging operations, or production management, preferably within food processing environments.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices, food safety standards such as FSSAI or equivalent,
