Role Description This is a full-time, in office Zoho Project Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Zoho Project Manager will oversee end-to-end implementation of Zoho ERP solutions, including CRM, Books, Creator, and related automation projects. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, planning project timelines, coordinating resources,



and monitoring progress to ensure successful delivery. The role involves working closely with clients to configure and customize Zoho applications, managing change requests, and ensuring seamless integrations with existing systems. The Zoho Project Manager will also prepare documentation, conduct user training, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve project delivery standards.
Qualifications
Project coordination and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor Zoho implementation projects.
Expeditor and Expediting experience to follow up on tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
