About the role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities for our advertising and digital marketing agency.
The primary focus of this role will be to regularly meet existing clients, follow up on their requirements, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities for additional business in and around Guntur and Vijayawada. The candidate will also be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring clients.

Key Responsibilities :
Regularly meet and follow up with existing clients as the top priority.
Maintain solid client relationships and understand their ongoing marketing requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client servicing.
Identify opportunities for additional services and business from existing clients.
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.




Meet potential clients, present the agency's services, and convert leads into business.
Maintain regular updates on client meetings, follow-ups, leads, and business opportunities.
Work towards achieving assigned business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in business development, client servicing, field sales, advertising, or digital marketing is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within and around Guntur and Vijayawada for client meetings and field visits.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools is preferred.
