Role Description The Lead Planning Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow,



responsible for overseeing project planning and scheduling for engineering construction projects in the oil and gas sector. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The Lead Planning Engineer will analyze project data, identify risks and variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery. Daily tasks include preparing progress reports, updating planning tools, supporting production planning activities, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
