Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based Kota , with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for Vardman Industries’ natural stone products, managing existing client relationships, and responding to inquiries from regional and international customers. The specialist will execute sales strategies, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate orders and deliveries in collaboration with operations and logistics teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining product knowledge, and creating sales presentations and promotional materials tailored to different customer segments. The role also requires regular communication with clients, participation in training and product demonstrations, and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
