Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Optiex IOT Solutions’ footprint in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing markets.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solution offerings. The Sales Manager will negotiate contract terms, oversee deal closures, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. The role also includes tracking market trends, providing feedback on product enhancements, and reporting regularly on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, industrial automation, IoT, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Robust skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
