Role Description The Customer Experience Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves guiding patients and clinicians through the upBeat® monitoring process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end service experience. Responsibilities include managing appointments and follow-ups, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, and documenting interactions in internal systems. The executive will handle feedback, resolve service issues,



and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and patient satisfaction. The role also includes educating users on product features, maintaining clear communication across channels, and supporting outreach or training initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, Hindi and Telugu (compulsory); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple cases, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic data entry and reporting.
Empathy and patient-centric mindset, with a calm and reassuring approach in healthcare interactions.
