Hi Creative Minds We’re ValueMatrix, and we’re looking for a talented and experienced Short-Form Video Editor to join our creative team.
This is not a beginner-level position. We’re looking for an editor with 3+ years of experience who knows how to create engaging, modern, high-retention short-form content.
? WHAT YOU’LL DO
Edit 6 short-form videos per day
Create modern captions/subtitles
Use movie/stock clips creatively
Add SFX, music & motion graphics
Follow trends and create retention-focused edits
?️ REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of editing experience
Robust skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop
Illustrator is a plus
Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts & TikTok




Own editing-capable laptop/PC
? SALARY & PERKS
₹20,000–₹25,000/month
