About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven Key Account Manager who enjoys meeting people, understanding financial requirements and taking ownership of loan cases from the first conversation to disbursement.

This is not a desk-only role. You will meet referral partners, channel partners and customers, help structure loan requirements and become their trusted Loan Desk at OneNDF.

If you can build strong relationships, understand lending and ensure that no case gets lost between follow-ups, documentation and lender coordination, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Build and Manage Relationships
Meet referral partners, connectors, CAs, real estate professionals and other business associates.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing partners and activate recent business opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings to understand upcoming customer requirements.




Keep partners updated about suitable lender programs and financing solutions.
Become the first person partners call when they have a loan requirement.

Act as the Customer’s Loan Desk
Understand each customer’s funding requirement, financial profile and property details.
Help customers evaluate suitable products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Balance Transfer and Top-up Loans.
Explain the loan process, eligibility requirements, timelines and documentation in a simple and transparent manner.
Coordinate document collection and ensure that cases are complete before being presented to lenders.
Keep customers informed throughout the journey so they never have to chase for an update.

Own the Case from Meeting to Disbursement

Work closely with OneNDF’s credit, operations and lender teams.
Identify the right lenders and help structure cases appropriately.
Track every case through login, credit assessment, sanction, documentation an
