Business Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities in fabrication, heavy fabrication, sheet metal, welding, and industrial manufacturing.
Client & Market Development: Identify potential customers and markets, build robust client relationships, and manage enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Technical & Product Knowledge: Robust understanding of fabrication processes including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, machining, structural fabrication, and heavy fabrication to effectively communicate technical capabilities to customers.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets, prepare business forecasts, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and develop strategies to improve order inflow and profitability.
Team & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, SCM, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
