Role Description The Apprentice role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The apprentice will support daily operational activities, assist senior team members with assigned tasks, and learn company processes related to staffing, skilling, or advisory services.



Responsibilities may include data entry, documentation, basic reporting, coordination with internal teams, and interacting with candidates or clients under supervision. The role is designed to provide structured training, mentoring, and hands-on exposure to HR and technology-driven service delivery, helping the apprentice develop professional skills and understand industry best practices.
Qualifications
Foundational computer skills, including use of office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
Solid communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages in Kerala is an advantage.
Basic organizational and time management skills, with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and participate in training programs related to staffing and skilling services.
