B2B Sales Engineer — Semiconductor / Diamond-Coated Tooling

Summary:
We're seeking a driven B2B sales professional to grow our diamond-coated cutting tools and precision tooling business across semiconductor and precision manufacturing clients. This is a quota-carrying, relationship-driven role, the ideal candidate is a natural closer who can speak the customer's technical language well enough to build trust, but whose core strength is winning and growing accounts.

Key Responsibilities — Sales (primary focus):
Own the full B2B sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of accounts across semiconductor fabrication, machining, and precision manufacturing
Develop long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations stakeholders at client organizations
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client site visits to generate recent business
Manage CRM pipeline, accurate forecasting,



and deal reporting to leadership
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with a focus on margin and long-term account value

Key Responsibilities — Technical (supporting):
Understand diamond-coated tooling fundamentals (PCD/CVD coatings, hardness, wear resistance, tool life) well enough to speak credibly with client engineering teams
Conduct light market/competitive research to inform positioning and pricing strategy
Coordinate with R&D;/process engineering to relay customer feedback and support technical objections during the sales process
Use technical benchmarking data (provided by internal engineering) to support the sales pitch

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, or related) or Business, with demonstrated technical aptitude
