Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Muktsar. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory,



including planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets for health insurance products. The role involves managing and motivating a team of sales professionals and agents, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and feedback. The Area Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, local agents, and customers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating promotional activities, and preparing accurate sales reports for leadership.
