Role Description Hiring: Senior Design Admissions Counselor
We are looking for an experienced Design Admissions Counselor to provide end-to-end guidance for high-potential design aspirants joining our network.

Key Responsibilities:





End-to-End Handholding: Guide prospective students and parents through course selection, portfolio expectations, application forms, and final college admissions.

Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads generated through our digital campaigns and outreach programs to achieve enrollment targets.

Admissions Mentorship: Conduct 1-on-1 counseling sessions, address queries regarding design careers (UI/UX, Product, Fashion, Communication Design, etc.), and resolve parent concerns.

Process Management: Track candidate lifecycles, ensure timely form submissions, and maintain detailed CRM records.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–6+ years in education counseling, specifically targeting design, architecture, or creative arts domains.

Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of top design entrance exams, premier institutes, portfolio requirements, and career trajectories.
