Role Description The Director, Board of Directors, will provide strategic oversight, governance, and guidance for AtlasOne Group’s business activities, with an initial focus on real estate and construction. This full-time hybrid role is based in Guwahati, with a mix of on-site board meetings and stakeholder engagements, and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, review, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in board meetings, reviewing financial and operational reports, approving key policies and budgets,



and supporting long-term business planning. The Director will collaborate with other board members and senior leadership to manage risk, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, and oversee corporate governance standards. The role also involves mentoring the leadership team, representing the company to key partners and investors, and helping evaluate current ventures and strategic partnerships. The candidates must be aware that this is not a paid salaried Job.
