Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives across our smart workplace ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization — building scalable tech solutions that enhance enterprise client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
? Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize workspace operations.
Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives.
? Product Development & Execution
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → PRD → development → launch → iteration).
Write transparent Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.
? Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales & Enterprise teams to understand client needs.
Work with Operations to improve internal workflow systems.
Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and GTM strategy.
? Customer & Data Focus
Conduct user research, client interviews, and feedback analysis.
Define KPIs and success metrics.
Use data analytics tools to drive product decisions and optimizations.
