osely with factory teams to communicate buyer requirements and ensure timely execution of orders.• Follow
up on product development, sampling, costing, order confirmation, and production status.• Coordin
ate with sourcing, production, quality, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.• Monitor
the critical path and proactively follow up on key milestones.• Underst
and buyer requirements, product specifications, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.• Support
order management and maintain effective communication between buyers and internal teams.• Identif
y potential issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

didate Requirements
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Export Merchandising / Buying Merchandising / Apparel Merchandising
✔ Experience in coordinating with both buyers and garment factories
✔ Good understanding of garment product development and order execution
✔ Solid communication, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple styles and priorities effectively
