About the Role
We are looking for a Policy Team Lead to manage our policy and compliance team for our AdTech business.
The person will ensure that publisher websites, landing pages, ad creatives, campaigns, ad placements, and monetization activities follow Google policies, platform guidelines, and internal quality standards.
The role will work closely with the Management, Media Buying, Ad Operations, Content, Publisher Management, and Tech teams to identify and reduce policy risks.
Key Responsibilities
Review publisher websites, landing pages, creatives, ad placements, and traffic sources for policy compliance.
Ensure compliance with Google Ad Manager, AdX, AdSense, AFS/RSOC, and other publisher monetization policies.
Conduct website audits before publisher onboarding and after websites go live.
Check content quality, ad placements, user experience, misleading elements, accidental click risks, and traffic quality.
Review ad creatives, headlines,



and landing pages before campaigns go live.
Identify risky content such as misleading claims, clickbait, fake offers, restricted content, and deceptive messaging.
Create and maintain policy checklists and SOPs for audits and reviews.
Lead and manage the Policy Team's daily work and productivity.
Train team members on policy updates and compliance standards.
Track approved, rejected, pending, and escalated cases.
Identify high-risk publishers, campaigns, or traffic sources and escalate issues to management.
Prepare clear audit and risk reports with findings and recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure policy issues are resolved quickly.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Digital Advertising and AdTech.
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdX, AFS, or publisher monetization is preferred.
Strong understanding of website, content, creative, and advertising policy risks.
