About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive who can take complete ownership of hiring and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role is for someone who is aggressive about hiring, strong with people, quick with execution, and excellent at stakeholder management. You will work closely with business and functional leaders to understand hiring requirements, build solid talent pipelines, and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring and contract hiring across multiple functions.
Drive hiring for both IT & Non-IT roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, stakeholders and the TA team.
Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
Be highly proactive and relentless in following up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure faster closures.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritise hiring based on business requirements.
Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, pipeline, conversion ratios and offer-to-joining ratio.
Conduct initial screening, interviews and candidate assessments as required.
