Education:
Diploma in civil engineering or construction management.
Experience in handling multiple construction activities, subcontractors, and site teams.
Positive understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Skills / knowledge required:
Accurate Documentation and reporting
Effective Coordination and Communication between the Builder, Yasasree Management & Site teams.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance
Efficient Workforce Productivity, Vendor management
Cost and Material management
Basic system work like typing & Excel is mandatory
