Role Description The Infection Control Nurse is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring infection prevention and control practices within the institute and associated clinical settings. Day-to-day activities include conducting infection risk assessments, overseeing hygiene and sterilization procedures,



monitoring infection trends, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols. The Infection Control Nurse will educate healthcare staff, trainees, and students on infection control guidelines, provide training on safe clinical practices, and support the development of policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and institutional standards. The role also includes collaborating with medical and administrative teams, documenting infection-related incidents, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
