Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and intermediaries.



Day-to-day activities include engaging with existing and prospective policyholders, explaining health insurance products and wellness offerings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and servicing experience. The role involves managing customer queries and issues, coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance, claims support, renewals, and endorsements, and promoting ABHICL’s wellness and chronic care programs. The Relationship Manager will track individual and branch-level targets, support local marketing and outreach initiatives, and provide regular feedback from customers to help improve products and processes.
