Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving revenue growth across K-MEDIA’s services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare pitches and proposals, lead client meetings,



and collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to design tailored solutions for brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular business insights and forecasts to leadership. The role also requires representing K-MEDIA at industry events and maintaining a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and D2C brand needs.
Qualifications
Solid business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
Experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand growth strategies, especially for D2C or consumer-focused brands.
Ability to understand and position services such as branding, influencer marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and content strategy to client needs.
