Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Sales + ERP Implementation professional. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting ERP solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.



The individual will collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements, map business processes, and support ERP configuration and rollout. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, providing user training, coordinating implementation timelines, and offering post-deployment customer support. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback for product improvement, and preparing regular sales and implementation reports.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide explicit guidance.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Ability to deliver effective Training sessions for end users and client stakeholders during ERP implementation.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., finance, inventory,
