We’re looking for a People & Culture Lead who can take ownership of our team, people processes and day-to-day team functioning.
This is more than an HR role. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front — guide the team, ensure accountability, solve problems, monitor performance and help build a strong work culture as we grow.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Lead and mentor the team on a daily basis
• Monitor daily and weekly work, tasks and deliverables
• Ensure accountability, follow-ups and timely completion of work
• Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace challenges
• Resolve team issues and conflicts with maturity and fairness
• Conduct regular team check-ins and performance discussions
• Handle hiring, interviews, onboarding and induction
• Train and support new team members
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Improve team processes,



systems and communication
• Work closely with management on people and operational matters
• Help build a professional, positive and high-performance work culture

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 4–5+ years of experience in HR, team management, people operations or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities
• Confident in managing, guiding and motivating a team
• Organised, proactive and solution-oriented
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally
• Strong hiring and onboarding experience
• Able to balance empathy with accountability
• Someone who takes ownership and works independently
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can become the backbone of the team — someone people can approach, trust and learn from.
