About the Role

Craft & Glory is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and scale our end-to-end manufacturing and operational ecosystem.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role overseeing production, procurement, inventory, warehousing, vendor management, costing, planning, quality control and dispatch across our footwear, leather goods and apparel categories.

We are looking for someone who can bring structure to a growing manufacturing business — building systems, improving efficiency, strengthening planning and taking complete ownership of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end production and workshop operations across footwear, leather goods and apparel.
* Build and manage production plans, capacity forecasts and manpower requirements.
* Own raw-material planning, procurement and inventory management to prevent stock-outs and production delays.




* Develop inventory forecasting systems based on sales trends, seasonality, launches and anticipated demand.
* Manage and develop vendors, negotiate commercial terms and build alternate supplier networks.
* Establish accurate product costing and COGS frameworks and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and margins.
* Build, implement and enforce SOPs across production, procurement, inventory, warehousing, quality control and dispatch.
* Improve production lead times, workflow efficiency and operational accountability.
* Oversee inventory accuracy, warehousing, WIP and finished-goods management.
* Build and strengthen quality-control processes and address recurring production or product-quality issues.
