Role Description The Head – Life Insurance Product Pricing is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the pricing function for the company’s life insurance product portfolio. This role includes designing and reviewing pricing frameworks, setting assumptions, and ensuring that products are competitive, profitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The position involves close collaboration with product development, actuarial, finance, risk,



and distribution teams to support new product launches and product revisions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring market trends, preparing pricing reports and recommendations for senior leadership, and optimizing product features in line with business strategy. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving pricing models and processes, and contributing to strategic decisions on product positioning and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in life insurance product pricing, including experience with individual and group life products, riders, and traditional and unit-linked plans.
Advanced actuarial skills, including modeling, assumption setting, experience analysis, and familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Proficiency with analytical tools and software commonly used in pricing and actuarial work (e.g., Excel, actuarial modeling tools, data an
